Terms & Conditions — hz777 Platform Agreement

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to any gender include all genders.

Term	Definition
"Platform"	The hz777 website accessible at https://hz777.bet, including all subpages, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications operated by hz777.
"Account"	The registered player account created by an individual user on the hz777 platform, containing personal details, account balance, transaction history and betting records.
"Player" / "User"	Any natural person who has registered an account on hz777, or who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity.
"Services"	All betting, wagering, gaming, casino, sportsbook, live dealer, slots, bingo, E-Sports and any other interactive entertainment services offered through the platform.
"Bet" / "Wager"	Any stake placed by a player on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, virtual game or any other market offered on the platform.
"Balance"	The total funds held in a player's hz777 account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings and any eligible bonus funds, less amounts staked.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus, tournament prize or other incentive granted by hz777 to a player under the terms of a specific promotion.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process hz777 applies to players in accordance with its player protection and anti-fraud obligations.
"BDT" / "৳"	Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, in which all transactions on hz777 are denominated.

References to "hz777", "we", "us" or "our" throughout this Agreement refer to the operator of the hz777 platform. References to "you" or "your" refer to the registered player or user of the platform.

By accessing the hz777 platform in any way — whether by browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy or responsible gaming policy published on hz777, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

hz777 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, hz777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the hz777 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through hz777's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 8 of this Agreement. hz777 expressly excludes any implied warranties, conditions or representations to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

By accepting these terms, you further represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher than 18;
• You are accessing the hz777 platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited;
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of any third party, and you are acting solely for your own account and benefit;
• All information you provide to hz777 during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete and up to date;
• You understand that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and you are prepared to accept that risk;
• You are not a professional sports person, referee, club official or any other individual for whom betting on certain events may be prohibited under applicable sports integrity rules.

To access the full range of hz777 services, including placing bets, participating in casino games, and claiming promotions, you must register a personal account on the platform. Registration is free of charge and is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section.

Eligibility Requirements. To register and maintain an hz777 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hz777 conducts age verification checks at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds;
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, automated script or third-party agent);
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active hz777 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, agent or family member of a household of an hz777 employee or affiliate, unless hz777 has granted explicit written permission;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hz777 or had your account closed by hz777 for terms violations.

Registration Process. During registration you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile number (used for account verification), and your preferred payment method. You must ensure that all details provided are accurate. hz777 will use the information provided to verify your identity under its KYC obligations.

KYC Verification. hz777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address or payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time frame specified by hz777 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Credentials. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your hz777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hz777 will not be held liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hz777 support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on hz777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hz777 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and hz777 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its sole discretion.

Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard players, though hz777 may apply higher-tier limits for certain payment methods or player categories. Deposits are credited to your hz777 account instantly upon confirmed receipt by hz777's payment processor. hz777 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the player's payment provider or mobile financial services operator.

Withdrawals. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by hz777 within 24 hours of submission on business days, with the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals completed within a few hours. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. hz777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval during standard business hours (BST, UTC+6);
• Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are typically processed within 4–12 hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other Bangladeshi banks may take 1–3 business days;
• Withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC check. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays;
• hz777 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Payment Method Ownership. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on your behalf by a family member or friend — are strictly prohibited. hz777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where it cannot verify that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder, and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of third-party payment concerns.

Currency. All account balances and transactions on hz777 are conducted in BDT. hz777 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT will be converted at hz777's prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from the interbank rate.

hz777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, tournament prizes and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

Welcome Bonus. New players who register an hz777 account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000, matched at 100% of the qualifying deposit amount. The exact welcome bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games and wagering requirements are set out in the Welcome Bonus Terms published on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses credited to an hz777 account are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

• Bets placed using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will not count toward the wagering requirement;
• Real-money funds are always used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless otherwise stated;
• hz777 reserves the right to adjust, cancel or withdraw any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in error, in bad faith, or in breach of these terms;
• Players who hz777 determines are abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting or any other prohibited strategy — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed;
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may apply and will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

General Bonus Conditions. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process. hz777 reserves the right to limit the games or markets that count toward wagering requirements. All bonus terms are subject to the general Terms & Conditions set out in this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

All bets placed on the hz777 platform — whether on sporting events via the sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, Lucky Bingo, E-Sports markets or any other product — are subject to the general rules set out in this section and to any product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance. hz777 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only accepted and binding once hz777 has issued a confirmation to the player. In cases of technical error or manifest error in odds, hz777 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on hz777. Specific limits are displayed within each game or market. hz777 reserves the right to impose lower maximum stake limits on individual players or markets at any time without prior notice, particularly where hz777 has reason to believe that a player is employing a betting strategy that exploits market inefficiencies.

Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hz777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of associated bets, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Match fixing, spot fixing or any form of sports corruption;
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms using bonus funds;
• Use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion between two or more players in casino games, poker or any other competitive product;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in hz777's platform or any third-party game provider's software;
• Any activity that hz777 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive or intended to circumvent these terms.

Void Bets. hz777 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: events being cancelled or abandoned, manifest errors in odds or game results, technical failures that materially affected the outcome of a game, or the discovery of rule violations by the player. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the player's account balance.

Dispute Resolution for Bets. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with hz777's customer support team within 14 days of the relevant event or game result. hz777 will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with hz777's response, you may escalate the matter through hz777's formal complaints procedure as described in Section 8.

hz777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable players, including minors and individuals who may be at risk of developing problem gambling behaviours. hz777 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to every registered player at no charge. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available on hz777:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases to an existing limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. hz777 will notify you when your session time limit has been reached and, if you choose, will automatically log you out;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position during play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks or 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account is suspended and you cannot log in, deposit or place bets;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your hz777 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible and hz777 will not accept any request to reopen a self-excluded account. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register on the platform.

Minor Protection. hz777 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. We conduct age verification checks at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. If hz777 has reason to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending age verification. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately and permanently closed, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source.

hz777 strongly recommends that parents and guardians of minors use commercially available parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. If you believe a minor has accessed the hz777 platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your hz777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, hz777 will process any pending withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC checks. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon request, unless the closure was the result of a self-exclusion election, in which case the closure is permanent.

Suspension or Closure by hz777. hz777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive or dishonest behaviour;
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, match fixing or any other criminal activity;
• Holding duplicate accounts on the platform;
• Chargeback or reversal of a deposit previously credited to your account;
• Any other reason that hz777 determines, in its reasonable judgement, justifies suspension or closure in the interests of the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Effect of Closure. Upon account closure initiated by hz777 for cause, hz777 reserves the right to void any open bets, cancel pending withdrawals, and retain any bonus funds (including any winnings derived from bonus funds) that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any investigation, subject to hz777's right of offset against any amounts owed by the player to hz777.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution. If you wish to raise a complaint regarding hz777's decision to suspend or close your account, or regarding any other matter, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. hz777 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a full response within 10 business days. hz777 is committed to resolving all complaints fairly, transparently and promptly.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hz777's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the hz777 platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hz777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, whether or not hz777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by applicable law. hz777 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are legal or available in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hz777 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any bet.
